Orders are processed Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). Orders placed after 5 pm ET begin processing the next business day.
We ship from our warehouse in Hong Kong, using Hong Kong post EEX for the supported countries. The dispatching time is up to 2 working days, this time is be added to shipping time to have an estimation of the delivery date.
Please note during public holidays and special events you may experience delivery delays.
All the orders are dispatched with a tracking number.
Express shipping is optional at the check-out. If your country is not in our list for Express shipping service please contact us will give a quote within 12 hours.
For all the orders over 30kg, we require you to contact us for a quote.

WHERE CAN I SHIP MY ORDER?
Orders can be shipped worldwide (some restrictions apply, like war zones or embargo areas). Virtus-Shop.com doesn't ship to P.O. boxes, US territories (Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Guam, Saipan, Midway Islands, American Samoa, and the Federated States of Micronesia), international reshippers or businesses that forward packages to international addresses.
CAN I CHECK ORDER STATUS OR TRACK SHIPPING?
You can check your order status any time after it's placed on your profile. Tracking number and other information will also be emailed to you when the order ships.
CAN I CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS ON MY ORDER?
The shipping address cannot be changed after an order is placed. Please contact us if you're unable to cancel your order.
