Any products with defects in materials or workmanship shall be replaced or repaired at the discretion of VIRTUS, excluding normal wear and tear of the product. Products damaged through misuse, neglect or wear and tear may be repaired at a nominal charge.

Please select a guaranteed delivery service that provides parcel tracking information, insurance and proof of delivery. VIRTUS will not be responsible for items that are lost or damaged during shipping.

  • HOW DO I SUBMIT A WARRANTY RETURN OR REPAIR TO VIRTUS?
Please complete the  Warranty or Repair Request Form and we will reply to you with a Return Authorization Number (RA Number) and the necessary information on how to send your product back to us.

IMPORTANT! Please do not send your item back to VIRTUS without your Return Authorization number.

  • HOW DO I PREPARE MY ITEM FOR RETURN TO VIRTUS?
Please wash all products before being sent to us. Unwashed products that arrive will be subject to a cleaning fee before assessments can be made due to health and safety regulations and for the protection of our staff.

Before sending any package back to us, please obtain a Return Authorization Number by completing our Warranty or Repair Request Form.
